DESCRIPTION:The 7th Annual Purple and White Fight Night event will be hosted in memory of Ashley Katzen’s mother who lost her battle to pancreatic cancer at age 54\, and Danyelle Shapiro’s father who lost his life to lung cancer at age 41. The collaboration between the two was sparked by the impact cancer has had in their lives and the grim survival statistics for each disease. Their personal message is\, “Awareness is hope\, and hope never quits!” \n\n\n\nAll funds earned from this event will benefit and be evenly dispersed between the Lung Cancer Research Foundation and The Hirshberg Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer.
