DESCRIPTION:Zofia Piotrowska\, MD\, MHS; Nisha Mohindra\, MD; and our moderator\, Isabel Preeshagul\, DO\, MBS; will walk us through the news coming out of this year’s ASCO Annual Meeting – a premier scientific event for oncology professionals\, patient advocates\, industry representatives\, and the media. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDr. Piotrowsa \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDr. Mohindra \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDr. Preeshagul \n\n\n\n\n\nASCO\, or American Society of Clinical Oncology\, is a leading organization for health care professionals involved in the care of cancer patients. It aims to conquer cancer through research\, education\, and the promotion of the highest quality\, equitable patient care. We’ll talk about the news coming out of this important meeting.  \n\n\n\nDr. Preeshagul is a thoracic oncologist with Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Dr. Piotrowska is a clinical researcher and lung cancer medical oncologist at the Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center. Dr. Mohindra is an associate professor in the Hematology Oncology Division for Feinberg School of Medicine\, Northwestern Medicine. \n\n\n\nThis livestream is an opportunity to connect face-to-face with others who care about lung cancer and talk about challenges we’re facing.
