DESCRIPTION:In partnership with Young Lung Cancer Initiative\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis livestream is an opportunity to connect face-to-face with others who care about lung cancer and talk about challenges we’re facing. Eric Singhi\, MD will discuss the nuances and complexities of younger people receiving and navigating a lung cancer diagnosis. Join us live\, or watch the recording afterwards\, to learn more about how this disease affects young people. \n\n\n\nDr. Singhi is a thoracic medical oncologist at MD Anderson Cancer Center. He will be joined by Laura Petrillo\, MD\, a palliative care physician-investigator at Massachusetts General Hospital and an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School; Young Lung Cancer Initiative Co-Founder and Executive Director Leah Phillips; Shira Boehler\, an author\, mother of four\, lung cancer survivor and preventative care advocate; and Michael Blackstone\, a patient with EGFR-mutated lung cancer. \n\n\n\nIsabel Preeshagul\, DO\, MBS\, will moderate.
