This livestream is an opportunity to connect face-to-face with others who care about lung cancer and talk about challenges we’re facing. Eric Singhi, MD will discuss the nuances and complexities of younger people receiving and navigating a lung cancer diagnosis. Join us live, or watch the recording afterwards, to learn more about how this disease affects young people.
Dr. Singhi is a thoracic medical oncologist at MD Anderson Cancer Center. He will be joined by Laura Petrillo, MD, a palliative care physician-investigator at Massachusetts General Hospital and an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School; Young Lung Cancer Initiative Co-Founder and Executive Director Leah Phillips; Shira Boehler, an author, mother of four, lung cancer survivor and preventative care advocate; and Michael Blackstone, a patient with EGFR-mutated lung cancer.
Isabel Preeshagul, DO, MBS, will moderate. Dr. Preeshagul is a thoracic oncologist with Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
